Our pediatrics center is located on the second floor on the west wing side of the MVA Fairmont Clinic. Pediatrics is healthcare for the young; primarily infants, children, and adolescents. Pediatrics is different from adult medicine in lots of ways because a childs body is not matured and is physiologically different from an adult.

Agnes Franz, M.D.

Dr. Franz has been on staff at MVA since 1997. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician. She earned her Medical Degree from University of Illinois at the Medical Center and also holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from University of Illinois at the Medical Center.

Deborah Hiltz, M.D.

Dr. Hiltz has been on staff at MVA since 1995. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician. She earned her Medical Degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Mervin Manuel, M.D.

Dr. Manuel has been on staff at MVA since 2007 and is the Assistant Medical Director. He is a Board Certified Pediatrican. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
